Currently only off-line needles are offered. The capillaries are made from borosilicate glass capillaries with filament. The OD is 1.2mm. After pulling these capillaries the needles are coated with gold in a sputter coater (Emitech K550).

The stability of this coating is sufficient for spraying. Needles with mechanical stable coatings can be produced. The price, hower, is considerably higher and depends on the quantity of needles. Currently three types of nanospray needles are offered (For overview see image). A detailed description follows soon.
